She looked like she was confused at the end of the video, because she asks Mike:"What is this movie kinda about?" Mike was watching Joe like:"Am I right??"(1:17,18) I guess she didn't realised that "Mall" movie director is standing behind her.
I think he listed off their names and the interviewer was, like, "okaaay, I'll just move on quickly ..." ;D
We'll never know. But I still believe she didn't know the names of the band members so she couldn't make sense of Joe's answer to her question about who would be scoring the film. I'd say she was caught off-guard by the whole "Mall" thing.

First time I watched, I thought Joe said "Dave" at the end but I guess he didn't mention Phoenix at all ;D

The worst interview ever. Is very very rare that we can see mike upset, almost angry. He was like, what is this girl fkin talking about? he was polite, tough. I don't think she really asked any stupid questions. Certainly don't think Shinoda was upset for any reason
You'll never see Mike angry.She just didn't have time to prepare herself for this quick interview or her staff from studio was giving her questions thru earphone. I'm sure that it happend to her more time that evening.
Mike is upset just watch his eyebrows and his eyes. Why? what if??.... 1. The album spoiler results to be TRUE. 2. She think she knows lots of LP, but reality is that she knows the same of LP than a stone; and makes nothing to disimulate it. 3. She is not into private jokes betwen mike and joe, and rob, and brad, and chester..................and dave. 4. Instead of asking stupid questions about videogames (jesus, youre in front of one of the best musicians out there and ask for a stupid videogame) ask them about their new music, or their new score/soundtrack, or about their new haircut. Side note: I love videogames but when those came in context. (saturday night, pizza and a six pack of beer).
You actually think that they recorded a whole new album between last June and now? People are overanalysing this interview.
