Dude, this is amazing! Looks like they are playing outdoors and the Chester in the sky is singing along with the Chester in real life. Thank you so much for doing this! This was my plan as well
Has anyone heard any details about the funeral? I would have thought those details would have emerged by now. Maybe they are trying to pull this off as private as possible, which I don't blame them if that were the case.
I doubt we will find out anything. Only where he is finally buried. (Rumor is sane place as Chris Cornell)
Just wanted to share this article https://www.alternativenation.net/c...nd-shares-emotional-memories-horribly-abused/
Linkin Park/Chester has always stated that while they are indeed famous they werent celeberties. So i dont know that is funeral will be public or get much media attention. I think we should let his family and friends grieve in peace and not expect anything besides knowing his final resting place
when i was a kid i was completely oblivious about their lyrics....now it's more than clear that chester was venting out his pain, fear, suffering, anger, loneliness, all his demons all these years. it seems as if im listening to linkin park for the 1st time....17 years later...feels kinda odd
Agreed with this. The lyrics were just confused for angsty teen lyrics when it reality they meant much more.
Interesting article pointing to the beginning of Chester and Xero: http://www.billboard.com/articles/n...ester-bennington-linkin-park-jeff-blue-warner
Its been a week and still can't come out of the ache. Me and my friends used to scream our lungs out singing Numb, In The End and other LP anthems. I still remember buying my first Linkin Park CD in 2007 - Minutes to Midnight - saving my pocket money. I used to listen it on repeat, 10 times louder when parents were not home. In 2007/08, I had 59 songs in my phone and those all were by Linkin Park and I used to tell my friends these are the only songs I am going to listen for my lifetime. Haha I was so crazy for LP. I am one of those fans who loved everything they ever produced. My brain has etched every LP song. Linkin Park is really special to me and most of all Chester Bennington. I loved that man! He had that charisma.. a charm.. he meant so much to me.. literally loved to watch his every single interview, songs covered by him, live performances and every social update. I am lucky I got to see him live in concert 2 years back but I really wanted to meet Chester in person, at least once in my lifetime just to let him know how awesome he is.... that's not going to happen now.... It's hard now to listen to his voice, his songs... It's really painful and heartbreaking thinking what Chester did. Still can't wrap my head around what happened. You will always always be missed... #RIPChester
Pretty much the same for me...except the age gap Lol I am the mom that blasted LP throughout the house while my 2 boys screamed along with me to all the songs. It all seems so surreal. I just don't understand this...
Yeah it's like...let's post everything about that thread for clicks, but not link the source. Fantastic.
So relatable, the part where you say you had like 59 songs of them. I have LP only in my current playlist and now I feel my future self will be looking at me today and reminiscing these good times
This part where you singing with your boys really made me laugh hahahaha. It's amazing to see how much these songs are enjoyable when playing out loud. The other day one of my local radio stations actually played Good Goodbye and (consider this as my reflex action) I simply turned up the volume to enjoy my way to work.
