I nveer knew what to do when The Catalyst remix came along and know I just pulled of the remix in about 8 hours.

i like it ,but in my opinion, the wobble bass at 0:54 is out of tune with the original synth in background. for the rest it's a really good track

Yes, but if I listen to it and it appears to me like that then when and if the band's people go over the tracks they won't notice the difference. If it sounded to me like that, someone who listened to it carefully, imagine someone who has to listen to a thousand tracks.

 

I get your point. But if they don't like it, then so be it I'm not gonna cry over that. Doing guitar remixes is a relatively new thing for me (I've been doing electronic stuff mostly), but I'm always open to any constructive criticism. Anyways, notes taken

I THINK new vocals are okay. It was pretty clearly outlined in the remix contest for The Catalyst that you couldn't add any additional vocals, and I don't see any verbiage similar to that in the rules this time around.
