My favorites among these are Primo (Such a good track. I'll be gone got boring eventually but this is interesting in every way) Holding Company (Cannot imagine how this turned into LITE. This demo needed vocals) Cumulus (This song has so many interesting aspects going on that it makes Meteora seem so terrible!) Basquiat (Such an interesting sound to it) Imagine the band putting out an album which comprises of songs similar to the above 4. It would be an album exploding with energy whilst maintaining the experimentation part.
You're thinking of Resurrection by Lupe Fiasco and Kenna. And "originated from" nothing, it's straight up the instrumental to that.
So, this is where Universe ended up. Interesting...
Holding Company sounds/feels like Iridescent a lot to me, far from LITE. Basquiat isn't anything special to me. Hemispheres is pretty interesting.. Cumulus sounds like it could've been on MTM which is interesting.
Oh my god! Cumulus is amazing. One of their best instrumentals ever (imo). Why the hell is this song not on Meteora?! :O
Yeah. The guy's artwork is mindblowing. I've seen some of his work, someone posted a pic or two around here..
"Three Band Terror" is amazing. I haven't read through this thread, but if it hasn't been getting mentions, I think it should. Edit: Just saw people mentioning it on this page. Excellent! Who says Brad is least creative?
Linkin Park (or just Brad) ft Iron & Wine as the next one-off collab please ... Or a folk side project. Three Band Terror itself destroys most of Living Things for me.
That's what I'm saying! He has to have more confidence in himself. Somewhere in the world, Brad is just like . I wish they used the guitar riff in "Three Band Terror" in "Until It Breaks", though!
