Hey I just came across this video and thought it was interesting. Many of you die hard LP fans may have already seen it; but seeing as how I'm pretty die hard myself and have not seen this video in its entirety I thought some of you might find it interesting. I would like to point out the obvious difference in lyrics for what I would call Esual's Early Demo. I have heard like 3 or 4 different versions of Esaul (Place For My Head's demo) but even none of those had the lyrics that this video contains. And the video contains more than just Esual, it's an early look into the band known then as Hybrid Theory. Just thought I would share, it's probably old news, but if I have never seen it then I know there are others that have not as well. Either way enjoy. It's pretty cool like but I believe it's an easter egg on the Frat Party DVD. Someone with a bit more knowledge can correct me if I'm wrong though lol
I can't view it from here, but if it's the video I think it is (downstairs basement with a Staind poster in the background), it's from the Frat Party DVD. However, there is a video on YouTube called Jammin' With Hybrid Theory (labeled on YouTube as Jammin' With Linkin Park) which has another live performance of Esaul that has lyrics closer to the demos that we're familiar with.
Ah yes, that's not on the DVD. That one is wonderful. Although I secretly think Brad got enjoyment out of Chester's misfortune. Notice his smile the entire time.
I was actually thinking of creating a 'classic' Linkin Park thread where people could talk about the band when they were first starting off. This video would be one of the first things I add (seen it many times, love it lol). Might be a nice idea seeing as the tenth anniversary of HT is coming up.
That video is new for me. But I consider myself as a hordcore LP fan ^^ however.... Thanks for posting!
