Don LaFontaine, most famous movie voiceover, has passed away at age 68 from complications of Pneumothorax, the presence of air or gas in the pleural cavity, the result of a collapsed lung.

Odd he died from complications which deal indirectly with his voice.

He'll surely be missed. The entertainment industry just lost one of its biggest stars whether it knows it or not.

    Rest in peace.

That really leaves a BIG hole in the movie industry. I mean, when it comes to movie trailers, who else is there who even comes close to Don LaFontaine?

I think I always took that voice for granted, like it was a computer animated voice or something.

    This reaaally sucks.
