Social media losing their minds over the Lidl tracksuit right now. Emily is bringing such a new fresh energy to the live show and I love it.

    Well,

this was definitely the concert of the year. There is no denying that this band is back.
While the concerts in 2024 were a little teaster this is the proof!

The energy and the joy the band brings up the stage is fantastic, Emily is such a Goofiness Machine™, she is such a joy to watch. No wonder Mike was confused in the end.
He wanted us to give it to Spiritbox, a support act which didnt even played in Düsseldorf  They deserved it anyway though. Speaking of support acts: Architects did a nice warm up and gave also so much joy in their performance. I always like to see the band.
JPEGMAFIA never turned up on stage, he should've opened the evening but there was no sign of him at all. Confusing but not tragic for me.

Back to the main buisiness: Linkin Park

Even if it's not the best opener , Somewhere I Belong definitely had the crowd already pulled in. The people definitely were ready for this evening to get started.

And it didn't took a lot of time to bring the first highlight iunto the set: Cut The Bridge

The first time i heared this song was at a pre-listening event and since the frist time it's one of my favorite tracks of From Zero. To get it also live was such a fantastic feeling and the crowd loved it too.

The Moscow-Intro returned to New Divide which i am glad they didnt dropped. Always loved that one.
The Emptiness Machine is a new classic and people who say otherwise are lying. The crowd went crazy during that song, so fucking good. It definitely needs to be in the set for a long time.

I always thought the intro for Numb was a little boring but with the "choosing" of the style it definitely gets a nice new touch. We got the Numb Punkcore Version:

Another unexpected but welcome surprise was the including of Good Things Go in the set. Emily killed it here (again).

If you didnt believed me yet that the crowd had the best time than this should close the case. In The End is always the biggest energy in the set (/from my experience) and it also showed this night. Esqualation.

It was a perfect evening, hard to say if it was better than Hamburg though. That one was definitely a special one.
But still, i had the best time of my life here and cried tears of joy (and still do just thinking about it).

Setlist wise there were some things i propably woud've changed (SIB out, LYF out, Iridescent in f.e.) but this is complaining on the highest niveau.

I cant wait for the shows in 2026. But i can tell everyone out there who was lucky enough to get tickets for the tour this year: You are in for a wild ride!

Anyway, also some pictures i think are worth posting:

The visuals for "Good Things Go" look so awesome to me. Drenched in red with that rain and lightning visual. Just really plays into the theme of the song. It's so cool. I'm just noticing it now for whatever reason, after seeing several videos from yesterday's performance.
