In context of the album translate to
"Lift me up.
Let me go."
Btw, Mike is singing "Mochiagete, tokihanashite"
WMP lyrics plugin FTMFW.
Agent O p0wned me.
Romaji is lame.
(Romaji is the romanization of Japanese text)
Alternatively here it is
in Hiragana (ひらがな)
and Katakana (カタカナ)
I even made a sig outta these two lines...and it's not correct..lol
So its not actually "Mochiagete, tokihanashite."?
It is. Romaji is lame only for those studying Japanese. But for readability's sake, Romaji (especially Hepburn) is quite useful.
To clear up what I think the bird is confused with:
Yes, it's technically correct. This is what it looks like when you take what's being said and write it with Roman letters (i.e. the letters we use).
You typically don't write out Japanese that way though. You write it using Japanese symbols, which is what Jesse has been posting.
Because boredom kicks me in the ass 9 times out of 7
That's great! Thanks Jay Sensei.
In case you want to make art using only Japanese text here is Jornada Del Muerto in Katakana (カタカナ)
ジョルナダデルムエルト (Jorunada Deru Mueruto)
ホルナダデルムエルト (Horunada deru Mueruto)
The Horunada thing is kind of hard to explain, anyway, both should be acceptable.
hmm, i can make that work in the Katakana pic, but not the other ones.
It would make the most sense from a Japanese viewpoint to use the Kanji pic but really it's your choice.
that's hiragana.. xD
but I'm going to shut up now because I became annoying after my first post. Or maybe before it. xD
You didn't post a Kanji translation . . .
I did a quick wallpaper based on Mochiagete, tokihanashite:
Separate names with a comma.
