It's too bad that the singers are the ones that people recongnize the mose. I mean, Mike and Chester are awesome, but so is the rest of the band.
While it is true that the whole band makes the music, I have to say that the vocalists are by far the driving force of Linkin Park, and most bands. Without Chesters pounding screams and amazing highs, and Mikes flows, Linkin Park would not have made it. In the same fashion while losing a band member is never good, unless it is a singer it is recoverable. Most songs have fairly easy melodies for the instruments. guitarists, drummers etc. are a dime a dozen, no offense. Losing a singer is very hard to recover from, I can only think of one band that's done it, Journey. The fact is, the vocals make or break most bands, hence why they get so much attention.
I like the whole band, not just Mike and Chester even though they are awesome. Is there a such thing as teenie boys? I'm pretty sure there are just asking
I believe some people are utterly blind when they only focus on the frontmen of any band. Every member should be respected equally.
People are not telling why they like them, cause I guess almost everyone here has a lot of respect for every band member, they tell why the other people like them.
