You do realize that's a 100k range? It's like... the safest bet you could make.

Of course. That's why I did it. Because unless the band bombs, I win.

I'm going to take a stab at this and say 3.14 copies will be sold.

I see this album having 2 scenarios.

    1. It has their lowest non remix album debut since HT. 150-220K copies sold in the first week.

    2. This album rakes in more fans than Living Things did, and debuts around 250k. No way in hell is this album doing better than A Thousand Suns.

As for total sales within the next several years, I'd guess around 2-3mil.

I predict this will be the first non remix album since HT to not debut at #1. I personally think Lana Del Rey will take the #1 spot.

Ummmmmm, Lana Del Rey's "Ultraviolence" is coming out only 1 day before THP, and I'd argue that Lana is currently more popular than Linkin Park at the moment. I'd honestly be surprised if LP took the #1 spot over her.

Doesn't this mean that one of the albums sold will be infinite?!

Linkin Park is still far bigger than Lana Del Rey. 300k. Just my 2 cents.

It's a damn shame but they barely did any promo for the album, along with choosing GATS as the lead single was a bad idea from a commercial standpoint. I understand that they chose it in order to show the DNA of the album. Final Masquerade should have been released as the second single instead of UIG, at least. The band's plan wasn't to get #1 with this album though, they obviously didn't care. This album was a rebel against everything popular, so it wasn't going to do that well. I do believe, however, it will garner LP a lot of fans in the long run. It'll be a slow burning album as far as sales go.
