I checked here and other places for the leak of the Catalyst...then decided "eh, might as well" and joined here as well.
One of my friends told me about this last year and I decided to try the ketchup just recently with my posts haha. I really have enjoyed this site alot.
I checked 'linkin park' in a website someting like Wikipedia and LPA is mentioned in the references . It's a coincidence but I found LPA so awesome so I joined in! It still takes some time to organize expression in English but I 'll try writing more posts!!
I have no idea how I found this place all those years ago. I was gone for some time and decided to come back and drives youse guys nuts!
I knew about the LPA back in the day and I visited the site for news. I think I found the LPA through a yahoo or google search. Also, there was alot of talk about this site on the old LPU message boards... Or atleast there was with the people I interacted with. Finally decided to make an account here (I'm pretty sure I had an old account before). Thanks go to Linkinparker1 for basically twisting my arm off to get me on these message boards (again?) after she heard me complaining about the whine-fests on Linkinpark.com. Imagine that: I was complaining about complaining! haha
I was a member of LPL and LPMB for years, I used to randomly lurk on LPA but I didn't join until the pre-ATS madness. I just have to say that LPA's coverage of news/updates is fucking incredible. The reporting during the build up to ATS release was awesome, LPA staff were on fire! This site also has the funniest, most intelligent and dedicated members I have come across in the online LP community. This place is pretty much my online home now and I'll be around for a long time. LPA = Hands down, best Linkin Park website/fansite.
I realize all 2 of my posts in here have been jokes. One in 2005, one last year? I think. I found this from searching for fansites through the *shudder* Meteora days. At that time, I was an entirely-too-enthusiastic web programmer trying to start an LP fansite. Unfortunately, I hadn't gotten into graphic design at the time, so while my code was great for the period, it didn't look that great. If I remember correctly, I saw the LPA, gave up and registered on the forums. From there, I think I lurked quite a bit until one day I started posting. Very slowly. Then for some reason my posting habits exploded. Then imploded. Then exploded again. And now I think it's starting to explode some more.
