I was wondering down the street when a homeless person asked me for some money so I did. He then noticed I was wearing a LP shirt and he said, "I know this great LP fansite on the 'net, it's www.lpassociation.com." As soon as he said that I had a strange feeling, then I noticed!

    I needed some taco's...
I went to taco shop about a minute walk from the homeless person... When I got there I thought that something weird had happened, I thought this because I felt a shiver down my spine...

My sister had poured her milkshake down my back... When I got home I sat down at the computer and started it up... Then I remembered what the hobo had said and I thought to myself... "HEY! HE WASN'T HOMELESS! HOMELESS PEOPLE DON'T HAVE THE INTERNET!" And I never saw my pound coin again... :'(

And that's how I lost my money to a man with no shoes...

I was searching for pictures of Hybrid theory EP on google because I needed to print off the cover for my downloaded version of the EP and I clicked the google link and the LPA popped up I then look around for a minute or so to see if this site had anything the other fan sites didnt have.
Then I noticed that it had the latest news before anyone else and unlike the fan sites Im used to they have forums on other music and don't slag off other nu metal bands calling them wanna be's and #### like most fansites I go on do.
So I then instantly joined ^_^

In January of 03, I was very much into LP and wanted to hear some demos and stuff. I found this site and downloaded the music files the site had up before and only used this site for the music. I think you had to be logged in to get them, so I signed up just for that  . I eventually started going on the forums and posting and now, here I am, addicted to the site (My Homepage) :p

Ah, when Mark was LPFAN05, when Derek had a pic of himself as an avatar, and when I was ::DJ XERO:: (actually it was a pound sign instead of an E)...um, I don't remember how I found the LPA.

I was walking down the street one day when a neon monkey abducted me. They sucked me down a gulf hole while I was walking home from school and forced me to play Ping Pong against the evil woodpeckers. After 10 hours of this, my immune system was too weak to prevent their overtaking of my mind. They hypnotized me and possessed my body to play celebrity Ping Pong against Bugs Bunny and Yao Ming. After 10 years, the monkeys apparently became a highly technologicaly advanced species, and they gained access to the internet. One day, while they were searching up monkey porn business, they accidentally stumbled into the LPA. The words "Linkin Park" triggered something vaguely in my mind. Then instantly I was freed of the everlasting neon monkey master.

So as you see, its not completely false to state that the LPA saved my life.

I was looking around for a few LP sites I guess. I typed 'Linkin Park' in google and so I got in and signed up! I used to be known as Xerogurl73. Then after a while I hated that name.. and so I changed it to my original one 'Anya'. Then I became friends with a ton of people on here and realized how friendly everyone was. The end.

I apoligize for signing up here in the first place though. Because now you all have to put up with me. How awful that must be for you.

Once upon a time, I was really really bored. I was looking for something. Porno - whatever. I just remember looking for something. Somehow, I came accross a certain site. Porno site, perhaps. This site had links to other sites. And for some odd reason, one of those sites happened to be LPA.

Never will I know the reason LPA was in the links page. Perhaps because the porn site thought LPA stood for [L]icking [P]ussy, [A]lways or something of the kind.

Being a LP fan, I always came for news. One day, I found out that LPA has a forum. Althought, at the time, I didn't know what a forum was. I signed up.

LPA is the first forum I have been to and I must say, it's the one I'm most active in as of now.

But I must say, I am still disappointed as of today that LPA didn't, indeed, stand for [L]icking [P]ussy, [A]lways.

I first heard of linkin park in 2001, but I wasn't really into music then. My cousin would have HT on repeat constantly, and I fell in love with IN The End. So I went online to Yahoo, and joined one of the Linkin Park groups there. I posted ocasionally. Checking for news and such. And finally around November and December of 2002, I heard Somwhere I belong playing on the radio. And at the time the lyrics explained exactly how I felt. So I looked around in the links section of that yahoo group and found the LPA. I had an unfortunate incident at the beggining. Due to an EX-friend. But now everything is awesome! LPA is my home away from thread repeaters and teenie boppers.

Some guy on the LPMB posted a news article from the LPA. I never got around signing up until after I was viewing the board for 3 months.
