http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/ustv/a79007/heroes-origins-is-first-strike-casualty.html Cause of the possible strike, they're pretty much axing Origins. OMFG THIS SUCKS!
Wow what the hell!? I was more excited for Origins than the actual season because they had such great writers/directors doing the episodes!
Yeah same here. I was so interested and excited after hearing Eli Roth's interview about doing it. This does suck.
Well, here's some more bad news. Because the strike was approved, the season finale could be as early as next month. http://tv.ign.com/articles/832/832458p1.html
ONE HELL OF AN EPISODE. HOLY BALLS. Everything got turned on its head. It's all gonna get crazy from here, I totally called the Adam thing. I'm gonna take a dive and say ... OMFG HEROES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Duuuude, that episode was fuckin' awesome! And I'm confused as to the whole Adam thing. I mean I know that he can't die from wounds or something but I just..don't..get it. Care to enlighten me, anyone?
This is how I always imagined it. I don't know if he's the same as Claire because I don't understand the full extent of her powers. But the way I understand Kensei/Adam is that he's immortal, and just lives on through the centuries or something like that. Which begs the question, how did he age to his 20-30s, and then stop? It would seem that he basically wants to completely MEGAPWN Hiro and is probably going to take on this kind of superiority complex and try to take over ze Earth. By the way, anyone else kind of pissed at Mohinder right now? I guess it would be a tough decision, but wow he really went all the way. Not really making the greatest choices this time around. Funny how it all comes to revolve around the cheerleader again. In this episode alone, you could kind of put the entire painting plot together.
The thing about Adam is that (from the latest TV Guide apparently) *SPOILER* Spoiler He's the one who ends up killing Hiro's father, which of course makes sense. *SPOILER END* But yeah, OMFG HEROES indeed. Slowly, they're sucking me back into that nerdgasm. And next week, where we finally get some closure and answers from Four Months Ago...it's going to own.
I finally watched the episode because I missed the episode yesterday.. but yeah, I definitely have to say OMFG HEROES! Epsiode was just.. awesome. The whole Adam thing is definitely awesome, and I liked seeing Parker finally face his father. Very bad ass.
http://tv.ign.com/articles/833/833343p1.html Funny. Interview with the creator, Tim Kring...he's basically apologizing for the disappointing season so far.
Because the power did not trigger earlier, it triggered then. The same question would apply to all the "Heroes" petter didnt know he could absorb powers or fly when he was younger and thats because he couldnt. It hadn't triggered yet. But once it triggered he knew he could do it and so he can. I hope that makes sense. It's hard for me to explain myself.
Oh yeah, good call. I'm surprised I didn't think of that. So that means that once Adam realized his power, he stopped aging?
