Heavy is The Crown - Song Discussion

And the reason I posted two opinions was because I couldn't find my original opinion and wasn't sure it posted, and also realized it's not exactly one of their best bridges, just a really good one

 

Y'all are nuts for thinking this is the weakest song on the album. Not every song has to reinvent the wheel. I stand by my opinion that the bridge is From Zero's jaw-dropping moment and I think if it was saved for release opinions would be very different.

 

I really like the way Cut The Bridge goes into Heavy is the Crown, the album flows really well from song to song. HITC itself, is cool, others are better of course, but this brings a sample of "remember we used to do this and you loved it? We can still do it. (although we're not gonna, because our thing is gonig towards Overflow, Casualty and GTG)

 

I saw a comment on Youtube on this song that Mike raps like a youth pastor, and now I can't get it out of my head every time I listen to it.

 

I think this song gets more hate than it deserves. It's an absolute banger!

 

Some time off this song helped beat the single bias. It fits in the first half like a charm.

The band using this in the encore and all the sports stuff has taken the edge off for me.

It's kind of a banger, even if it is very formulaic. I can get down with it
