I punched my ex yesterday. He told me that I obviously had emotional problems (I had told him that he was an asshole for cheating on me) and needed to see a shrink. I think I may have broken his nose. I don't feel too guilty about and I feel like I ought to.

Well, thanks for the support. I did NOT break his nose, although it is pretty swollen and he looks like it hurts. He's now avoiding me like the plague.
