I honestly think it's the context that needs to be looked at. I've known English people come up to me and ask me for fags. I thought for a second "why would I be smoking a homosexual?" then I realised they were asking for a cigeratte. It's the context that needs to be taken into perspective.

I uttered the words I love you today to Shannon. The three words that have hurt me a lot in the past.

 

What the FUCK. My dad just yelled at me and said I was being an ass, because he thought I was mimicking him when he was chastising the dogs for barking.

He said, and I quote: "I might be going deaf, but I heard you."

In actuality, I was quoting something, and when I told him that, he said "no, you were repeating what I just told the dogs."

So I proved to him that I wasn't repeating him by asking my sister what I said, and he's pissed off because he is going fucking deaf and he didn't hear me.

Look for a reason to get mad, and you'll find one.

 

Some people really get my fucking goat. When Rolo Tomassi were onstage tonight there was this kid in front of me who was repeatedly using all these catcalls along the lines of "SHOW US UR TITZ LOL" at Eva. She told him to fuck off, he didn't make much of an attempt stop. Without really having to think about it I said into his ear "Shut up, you fucking idiot", and without wanting to sound like I'm trying to credit he cut it out, at least as far as that stuff was concerned. He spent the rest of the night being a bit of an idiot but I digress. It's not the first time, and you probably think I'm being sanctimonious, but that shit never fails to piss me off. Either he needs to put the candle down or he's nowhere near as funny as he thinks he is. If he'd carried on I'd probably have flipped him over the barrier. Well, not necessarily, but still. It's just ridiculously fucking poor form whatever the reason as far as I'm concerned. I'll probably be over it in the morning but whatever. It's all here now.

I feel so lazy and worthless. I need a job, I want a job, but there is seriously nothing out there right now that'll give me at least $350 a week.

Two things I want to do right now:

Punch my landlord, for not fixing the air conditioner, and saying that we could "just open the windows" when it's EIGHTY FUCKING DEGREES OUTSIDE.

Tell my sister to get her head out of her ass and stop getting pissed off at me for something that I can't control.

Hm, I'm starting to feel how life is catching me up. Reality is starting to sink in and hell, it scares me. I don't know why though; I have been waiting 17 years for this moment to come but then again now that it's already here, it really scares the crap out of me. Senior next year, application for colleges and universities, moving out, starting my life basically and finally turning 18 years old. I can't believe it. I can't believe I'm going to be 18 years old soon and I do feel a lot of pressure from my household, specially because I'll be the 1st person to go to an university later on.

I don't know what to expect but I'm not excited anymore. I hate to admit it but I don't want to have all these responsabilities on me because I have had a good deal of those for the past 2 years. I want a little break, but my life has to go on and I'm afraid I'm going to screw up last minute and maybe not get in the university I want. Hm, damn.

 

Today (or rather yesterday) a girl told me that she'd had genuine suspicions that I was gay. Then later on she said she was going to stop "trying" with me.

FML it wasn't nice at the time but I only just realised how silly this is.

 

I do not, at all, get the impression that you're gay. You seem pretty damn straight to me, love.

Ori: You just gotta take a deep breath and step back for a minute. You'll be fine. You're a smart girl, from what I can tell, and you'll do well. Just do your best. And hey, don't freak out, starting a new chapter in your life will be a nice thing...kind of a clean slate.
