Daniel: Natalie is finally thinking about breaking up with that ass hole? Wow. I never thought she'd get the courage to take action. Hmmm...

 

I really do. I drove into a tree on a sled the other day, completely by mistake. The lowest-hanging branch hit me right on my injured knee. Two times I passed under it fine, and the third.. heh. Third time's unlucky.

I had the funniest thoughts going through my head as I hit it.

"Abandon ship!"
"Man Girl overboard!"

 

After I saw "I drove" I thought "They're letting her drive now? WHAT?!"

 

nagging pain in left knee. i wonder why it decided to fuck itself up? the thought of even moving it is painful...

 

It's not easy when she's been doing it for over a year now and does it every time she sees me, no matter the situation.

I've also told her she could've stayed home if she didn't want to see me, and I guess she just thinks I'm joking. It's pretty lame.

It's stupid for me to complain, but it's not like I can come out and tell my best friend I hate his girlfriend.

I've brought it up to him before but I don't think he thought it was as big a deal as I think it is. It just bugs me to hear someone tell me they're only hanging out with me because another person is with me or because they thought another person would be with me.

She's going to give me a complex.

 

Yeah don't say anything to him, because when people are in relationships they don't usually listen to anything bad regarding their partner. Well there's only one important question left, is the girl hot? (that can help a little bit )

 

She's pretty, I guess. I don't ever look at my friends' girlfriends as "hot" or anything like that unless they specifically ask me or whatever. I always look at them as "one of the guys" since they're always around.

And, yeah, we tried the whole "tell him what's up" thing, back when he first started dating her when she was a complete idiot, and he didn't listen to us.

 

Yeah, finally. I'd bloody well hope so after he messaged her saying "you sick fuck, I hope you die". WTF.

 

Oh, my god. He is such a dick. What the hell is his problem?

 

That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. She deserves better than that.

Brockton used to be a wonderful city, but there is something that cannot be defended in the city of Brockton, and that is the senseless violence, both initial and in retaliation. 12 murders in a year. What is the need? Why is there such trivial bloodshed? What is so fucking appealing about a gun or a knife? What is so fascinating about gang warfare? FUCKING.NOTHING.

I go to college in Salem, on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Most of the students are from the area or from out of state, but two girls on my floor are from my area. When I walked into my dorm with my Boxer hoodie and my Class of 07 Brockton High shirt, I got the look. The look every Brocktonian has gotten since 1987: Oh. You're from Brockton.

Yes, I am from the City of Champions, the city of Rocky Marciano and Marvelous Marvin Hagler. Usually I am quick to boast of the academic, artistic, and athletic talents of Brocktonians, but at that I was dead fucking silent. There's nothing to defend anymore, when the streets run red and the citizens are garbed in black, and not because those are Brockton High school colors.

I am done defending a city that gives me nothing to defend for.

I never thought I'd see the day where I'd be afraid to walk in my own city, but thank Goddess I'm going back to Salem on Sunday.

 

I agree with you a 100%, especially being around the area. And I'm scared because I'm going to be going to college there.

 

Nothing will happen to you baby, and if God and Goddess forbid anything did, I will hunt them down and retaliate myself, despite me previously hating it.

I would never let a thing happen to you.

Every girl deserves better than that.

 

She's going to see him tonight and he's making her wait for half an hour in a park in a not-terribly-great suburb. What the fuck. And I just know she'll be a doormat and not go through with it.

 

If I were you, I'd go and rescue her ass like some superhero.
