The interview on the Xbox is Chester talking about how they essentially wrote the lyrics and style of CASTLE OF GLASS, more specifically how they incorporated a folk sound to the song while keeping it a new sound, and Chester talks about the meaning behind the lyrics. He also comments on Medal of Honor and their involvement with the video game.

If anyone would like to see it themselves, I can probably record it from my Xbox and post it on Youtube.

Edit: There is also a short recording of the band rehearsing CASTLE OF GLASS. It isn't the full song, but instead a small clip of them talking things over while Brad tunes his guitar and Chester decides how to sing.

The survey initially starts off quite logically, asking the person what radio stations they like and the such. Slowly descends into slight anarchy when they start asking you about your favourite fashion brands and fashion blogs.

 

Agreed. Still liked it. I don't get a chance to take many surverys...

 

If I recall, they issued a survey like this between A Thousand Suns and Living Things.

 

At least the survey pretty much confirms that the Mall soundtrack is done by the band and LPRecharge is still happening.

Is it just me, or did Chester sound reaaaaaaally fake during parts of that interview? Specifically the Medal of Honor parts?

 

Yeah, Especially when he "praised" the game. When he said that Medal of Honor has a "consistent story line", I was disgusted in a way . . .

 

Uh, no? Remember the Sebago collaboration? They're trying to find out what target audience we are to optimize the marketing.

 

Not sure if I can find it, but if anyone recorded it on their DVRs, check it out!

During SNL last night, a commercial for the second season of the TV show Revolution aired. "POWERLESS" was the background music throughout the whole commercial.
