If we don't start campaining, there will be a bigger chance that the stupid government will discriminate and ban gay marriage throughout the country. Thousands of homosexual people who have done no wrong, will be taken away the freedom of marriage. [/b][/quote]
Yah but as stated earlier, its not gonna make a single bit of difference if they get married. So therefore i shouldn't make an effort reject it. Buton top of that its not gonna make a difference to me if they don't get married, so therefore i'm not gonna make an effort to support it.

There are millions of discrimination cases that occur around the world. I mean I would ahve to say it is wrong to go out and support few of them and not others. On top of that its a waste of time to protest, i have bettert hings to put my time towards. For example, look at the war on Iraq, there were huge protest accross the world, did they make a difference, no.

OK, I've thought about it and I think I was too hard on my last post. Like I said, I don't like homosexuality. But I also think that homosexuals are also people, that they can do whatever they want to. So I'll have to leave it as no support, no opposition, I don't care. Sorry for being a stupid asshole, everyone.

It's because I, as a straight person, find it disturbing for people of the same sex to love each other. No offense, I just have different tastes.

Let me ask you this, do you control who you are attracted to? Did you wake up one day and think; "I think I'm going to start liking guys now." Of course you didn't. Why would it be different for a homosexual? How can you call it disturbing? Just because it's different from your way of life?

Yes, we have different opinions, but htep.fan is entitled to his own opinion.

Yes I know she's entitled to it, and I'm not attacking anything, or anyone. I'm just looking for a good debate. :)

Edit: Is htep fan a guy or a girl? I can never remember, I thought she was a girl, thus the reference in my last post....

Of course it's natural. It's caused by a chemical imbalance. Homosexuality is not a choice.

Someone was telling me about this horse they owned that had some kinda of tumor on her "female parts" and caused her to think she was a stallion and start trying to hump other mares.

    So yeah.

Yah i would have to agree that it is some kind of chemical imbalance. Because you can just tell a gay person form a straight person.

*raises hand* Homosexuality is not only natural, it's nothing new either. Also, it was accepting in several ancient cultures. Remember the Greeks and Romans?
