So last night's episode was fantastic, especially Balish's speech about "chaos is a latter". Some amazing writing for that monologue.
The chess pieces are definitely moving now! As Mark said, Littlefingers monologue was great. I loved the double meaning of "the climb".
Chaos is a LADDER, Mark And yes that episode was epic as fuck. A little more low-key than the couple of previous episodes but still great!
Yeah, good episode.. Not one of the best, but good. The ending was the best part of the episode - the thing with the chaos is a ladder!
I like the signature Yeah it didn't have much going on but it did redeem itself at the end. Can't wait for next week some serious shit is gonna go down.
Thanks Scott! I take back what I said. It's the weakest GoT episode I've seen so far. Baelish's monologue aside it wasn't good. The writing seemed so sloppy. Even the way it ended with Jon and Ygritte kissing... didn't seem very GoT-y.
Haha, he's a spoiled brat! xD But I have to say, he's getting better... Daenerys! <3 And yes, fuck Theon's life.. I don't like him, but wow.. This was.. xD Wow xD Anyways, okay episode... Not epic.. Okay..
He has always been a fantastic character, but doesn't mean I didn't like his attitude and shit. And yep, Theon is fucked.
I hate bad things. Some people tolerate them. I don't. Theon's story is truly the only pointless storyline. The rest are good/great. I hear episode 9 is extraordinary.
Latest episode was kind of "meh", but necessary for build-up to what I'm assuming will be an epic next 3 episodes. Wanted to poll people on this: Should we make this thread a TV show-only discussion? I hate having to go through posts where people talk about what happened in the books. Lots of chances for spoilers. If a majority of regular posters in this thread agree, I'll alter the topic title.
