i dont like the cover

i don't like it much but then i don't care for the cover of the single much

 

well i know people are saying "its only the single cover, not the actual album one"

i understand that but what makes me worried is that if the single is like this then im dreading everything else will be too... i hope im wrong

 

as everyone is else would say: huh?

more works usually goes into the album cover than any single cover. the single covers are going to be something chosen quick to get it out there w/ their name on it and nothing thought about for months on end like an album cover is i'm sure.

It was the ultra super duper rare remix of Hit The Floor ft. Pharrel, Corey Taylor, Jo Jo and Zombie Kurt Cobain.

 

I'm staying neutral on the single cover liking/disliking issue. What I wanna shed light on is the fact that Meteora's artwork was also based on photography. Does that mean they're repeating the same thing (maybe with a different vibe)with MTM?But to be honest I'm looking forward to the music only. As for the new clip I think it's looped.

 

I'm not so sure I like the cover. That font looks way too fake to be from Linkin Park.

Too bad there's a good chance I'm not going to like the art direction they take though.

They're trying to branch away from being pigeonholed into a genre, but they're pigeonholing themselves into this "new" genre they made for themselves.

 

I like the cover. It was definitely not expected but it's cool.

And the clip... I just hope it's looped.
And it's the worst ringtone ever.

I like the font. And I don't think it's a fake font because I remember seeing it in an LP email. Also I remember when LPTV showed the Making of the Art episode and they took all the pictures of the band and put a little line film thingy over them to give the impression of lines over their faces. This would be pretty cool for the album cover I think. A little different is cool in my opinion.

My dream: A live version of the HT cover with Chaz running with the flag screaming...with WINGS!

I actually really like the cover. I liked their old album art, but i'm really digging the whole vintage rock look they got going on this.

 

I'd really be scared about this album if I hadn't read that critics called this their best and most important work to date.
