I prey that we do win tonight but I don't see it happening to be honest. It's up to Arsenal to prove me wrong.

All in all I think Arsenal played fucking well tonight. Man United deserve credit too but I think for most of the game Arsenal were the better side. However Arsenal should have gotten a penalty.

Tottenham will finish 5th I reckon.

The formation Arsenal played last night was fucking awesome, we had Hleb, Pires, Fabregas, Gilberto and Reyes all in midfield. Wenger might not be a fan of that formation but if he keeps playing it and we master it we could become unstopable once again.

The thing is that last season everyone was saying ''OMG TOTTENHAM ARE GONNA WIN EVRYTIN'' and they won nothing so I wouldn't get too hyped up. However I still think they should get atleast 6th.

I can see arsenal going for a barcelona style formation soon

    ----------Henry-------
    Reyes--Fabregas--RvP
    Flamini Gilberto

with hleb ljungberg and pires waiting in the wings to back up the 3 attacking midfielders

Not that I have a problem with foreign players whatsoever but Arsenal need to bring in some English players...

dont have a choice soon, UEFA are bringing in new rules, not sure if it only applys to the Champions League though, but its something to do with homegrown players, we have Cole (could leave soon) Campbell that i can think off, and young players like Hoyte, i think Ryan Garrys english, but TBH hes going nowhere....David Bentley too, but i dont think he has a future at Arsenal either

Last season Spurs just had some decent youngsters with Defoe, Carrick and King carrying the team. Now they are pretty much the best team in England behind last seasons top 3 and Liverpool (Newcastle would be if they could actually defend :p )

I doubt Newcastle are going to get any reinforcements soon, Souness has already used up so much cash on useless defenders...cougboumsongcough

Exactly. Craig Moore is probably their best defender but he's been injured since he signed.

When Craig Moore is fit they should play him along side Steven Taylor... who is also injured.

I've just realised, nice avatar Evan. You like Full Metal Panic too huh,.

    haha, yeah i like FMP...

anyway, I doubt they would play Moore at CB, because Carr is injured to so they need him to fill in the RB role or something...

Souness'll probably end up playing Ameobi or someone there, after their game against Liverpool where I think he played Emre and Bowyer (mainly centre- midfielders) as wingers and Solano and N'Zogbia (wingers) as centre midfielders, or something. And he played Steven Taylor even though he was injured, and that's how he ended up being out for longer.

Speaking of Liverpool... this is probably the best game I have watched since the Champions League final :p

    4-3
