Fucking bastard Alan Shearer, he did like 5 bookable tackles and got 1 yellow card, he should of got sent off instead of Gilberto. Fucking git should retire already before he dies on the pitch. However on the other hand Arsenal's performance was disgraceful aswell, thats number 2 defeats in the premiership on the trot. Wenger keeps on saying ''eer soomtimes i feeel dthat peeple thiiink dthat beecaurse wee looose ae game wee neeeed tcho buy plaeyers but zat is not the case''...YOU DO NEED TO BUY PLAYERS YOU TWAT! We need a new defence midfielder in place of Fabregas, Cesc might be the next big thing but right now he cannot hold that posistion. I think 2 new midfielders, a defender and 2 new strikers would be enough. Fernando Torres said himself he would like to come to Arsenal so perhaps Wenger should actualy sign someone who wants to come to Arsenal instead of going to foreign youth clubs and picking up anyone he sees.
England have the best group they could have possibly got. If they win it they'll most likely play Poland, then if they win that it should be Holland. Then, in the semis, it's... Brazil. *groan* Holy shit, Angel scored. *looks outside the window* And no Apocalypse in sight!
I am so gonna burn Ninian Park to the ground....fucking Cardiff welshers....sorry if that was counted as being racist....
let's start a campaign,...seriously.... my lame ass cousin suggests that Arsenal and Man Utd. are gonna die in sometime... i see that happening to Man Utd., but he should rethink about Arsenal...
Arsenal have true football spirit...that's why it's amazing to watch any of their matches. You enjoy them all.
Actualy they are. Arsenal havn't lost a single Champion's league game this time whereas Manchester United are out of the whole thing. We also have a better team spirit and aren't filled with spouse rednecks.
GO ARSENAL!... i have a nick name for Ronaldo of Man Utd. my friend has one for Van Persie. and my dad hates the fact that Ronaldhino rocks...
Arsenal may be the better team at the moment but MU have better young prospects, and at least they actually spend money on transfers... and what do you say to Liverpool having a better chance of catching up with Chelsea? But yeah, they play some of the best football around other than Barcelona. If Arsenal had signed Davids with Jenas as a long-term replacement, and a quality centre-back who wouldn't mind replacing Cygan as backup for Campbell, Toure and Senderos then who knows, maybe they would be doing a lot better. But then, at least they weren't thrashed by Doncaster... Oh yeah, and Rooney is the only one from Liverpool.
What Arsenal need is a strong defensive midfielder, a new Sideback to replace Lauren and a few new strikers and we'll be set. I think if Papa Bouba Diop was the new defence midfielder he'd make a good impact on Arsenal. I think getting back Van Bronckhorst of getting Puyol from Barcelona would be an ideal transfer as Puyol can play any defensive/side back posistion and it was a very bad mistake selling Van Bronckhorst in the first place. As for the strikers if we had gotten Baptista in the summer the whole season for Arsenal would be different and we would have a sustained 2nd place at the very least however because he pissed off to Real Madrid that isn't the case. Henry needs a new partner because Bergkamp is retiring, Reyes is more of a winger and Van Persie can't hold the bourdon (yet). So someone like Torres would be ideal. Wenger should also buy another striker as well so we have a full strike force. Someone like Kuyt or Adebeyor could be possible transfers however if rumour is correct then Nicolas Anelka could be heading back to North London and if that is the case then Arsenal will definatly be back on track however that seems highly unlikely. Another young striker Wenger could get is Dean Ashton. I dunno why no one wanted to buy him from Norwich in the summer apart from Wigan but this guy has alot of potential.
People wanted to buy Ashton, its just that Norwich rejected all their offers and ask for alot more cash then what he was actually worth.
Hasn't Toure played as a striker before anyway? And no, he shouldn't, not until they bring another defender in as Senderos is a bit on the slow side and Cygan is barely Championship standard, let alone Champions League. Papa Bouba Diop is the most overrated Premiership midfielder since Thomas Hitzlsperger. And I think Villa made an enquiry for Ashton, but O'Leary wanted Phillips and Baros more which is fair enough. Underrated Young Championship Players: Joleon Lescott (Wolves) Cameron Jerome (Cardiff) Ashley Young (Watford - used to be at Arsenal, I think) Phil Jagielka and Michael Tonge (Sheffield United) Gary McSheffrey (Coventry) Any of those would be worth a place in most Premiership teams.
Jagielka has some sort of knee problem if i remember correctly, thats why Leeds didnt want to risk it by buying him. Anyways, do you think Bakke should stay at Leeds or make his move to Villa permemnant?
He looks like a useful player, so if Djemba Djemba and Berson leave (which is likely) then yes, I would keep him, but I wouldn't play him ahead of Hendrie, Davis and McCann on current form. I wouldn't mind if Villa signed Keane, maybe as a player-coach. Does anyone think David O'Leary is a good manager, or if Villa should sack him?
