You can have a couple of over 21's but under 23 or something, not 100% sure on the exact rule, plus he's one of those players thats ok for them but not good enough for the main squad, pennant spent his days there too untill he was too old, think bentley did too
really? i think Milner is like the right wing version of Ashley Young, he's definetly good enough for England IMO
It's a bit late, but yeah, the rule with under-21s is that if you fall into that age group at the start of the qualifiers you're elligible. Milner was young enough by only a few days I think.
He does have some good periods but then you have this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=
wow he's just as bad as paul robinson during his rough spell tsk tsk...but somehow in all the football simulation games you play he's always pretty highly rated.

If some of you guys want cheap football shirts, check out this site http://thefootballshirt.com/ On another forum they say it's 100% reliable, the quality is really good and you can't tell it's a fake.
I think Martin O'Neill has been abducted by aliens or something... no sign of him so far this summer. Not even to speak to papers.
Hahaha, I read this article the other day where O'Leary was saying he'd only be an assistant manager if it was to someone like Ferguson or Wenger. Still so modest...
but he did have a point when he said O'Neill only got Aston Villa as far as he did except with more money and it's also true he didn't recieve the same support from the fans as O'Neill did. Kind of sad really.
Arrogance is warranted if you're successful, but O'Leary seemed to think the opposite was the case, and the worse the results got the more stuck up he seemed to get. There was the usual minority of Villa fans who are cynical about everything, but I think he got support until it was clear that the team was getting stuck in a rut again, with O'Leary passing the buck when it came to the bad things and trying to take all the credit for what good there was. O'Neill hasn't been a big improvement over O'Leary's peak as far as the table is concerned, but I think in the long term he will have done a lot more for the club. But yeah, this is the summer where he needs to start moving the emphasis from signing decent squad players to signing people who will take the first team up a level.
haha i just got my season ticket today for Hartlepool United. i got it for £130 (student price) even though i havnt been a student for 2/3 years now that's like £6 a game. BARGAIN!
This has been a pretty shitty week for my club. Melo joins Juve instead of us, Adebayor's off (ok he's a lazy cunt but at least he scores goals) and now John Hartson is practically dying with various types of cancer.
