Apparently Milan let Manchester City talk to Kaka about a possible contract and City might have proposed 105 million euros (and 15 million euros/year for Kaka). If the sum is real it would make him 550 million euros (500£) a week If they really offer that much I don't know how he couldn't leave. Edit: I heard 120 million today. And City wants to buy Nigel de Jong from Hambourg SV for 16.5 million.
Bear in mind that this is Kaka, a player who donates a lot of his income to charities. Not that I think it would completely justify those wages but it's something to consider.
thank god its Kaka then, talk about a way to redistribute income! But yes, i do feel a little better that he donates his money... anyway, Leeds have a poor choice in managers, Dennis Wise shouldve stayed...If he did we would be in The Championship right now instead of fucking churning results in League One playing some of the worst football i have ever seen...EVER
Well Lyon is still number one this weekend... 1 Olympique Lyonnais 42 +13 2 FC Girondins de Bordeaux 41 +17 3 Olympique de Marseille 38 +13 4 Stade Rennais FC 37 +11 5 Toulouse FC 37 +8 6 Paris Saint-Germain 36 +4 7 LOSC 35 +10 8 OGC Nice 33 +6 LOSC 1 - 0 Stade Rennais FC All teams have played 21 games except Lille and Nice. This season is impressive (finaly!) because each of these eight teams might finish in the top 3 (although Nice should not hang on ; Toulouse is fifth thanks to Gignac who is the league's best scorer and Paris is doing way better than last years but their manager is about to get fired for financial reasons).
If City hijack our bid for Arshavin I'll go fucking crazy. The funny thing is though is that I refuse to be afraid of them as a team until they replace Mark Hughes with a manager who can actually handle the star players they're signing. It'd be hilarious (and not entirely out of the question) if they did sign Kaka along with Bellamy and De Jong and they got rellegated.
Mark Hughes shouldve stayed at Blackburn, they were definetly going places with him at the helm. I dont think handling the players is a problem, i think its the poor mentality that the board have, spamming a whole load of cash and not allowing the team to gell together properly thats the real problem
More content from the 606 board - here's what the EPL table would look like if it showed the gaps between the teams Man Utd, Liverpool 47 46 Chelsea 45 Aston Villa 44 43 42 Arsenal 41 40 39 38 37 Everton 36 35 34 33 32 Wigan 31 30 West Ham 29 28 Hull 27 Fulham 26 Man City 25 Portsmouth 24 Bolton, Newcastle, Sunderland 23 22 Spurs, Blackburn, Boro, Stoke, WBA 21 --- And here, on the left is how the table order would look if matches were 85 minutes long and on the right is the actual order Arsenal_________________Man Utd Chelsea ________________Liverpool Aston Villa_____________Chelsea Liverpool_______________Aston Villa Man Utd_________________Arsenal Everton_________________Everton Hull City_______________Wigan Manchester City_________West Ham Wigan Athletic__________Hull Bolton__________________Fulham Fulham__________________Man City Newcastle United________Portsmouth Sunderland______________Bolton Portsmouth______________Newcastle West Ham________________Sunderland Stoke City______________Tottenham West Brom_______________Blackburn Middlesbrough___________Middlesbrough Blackburn_______________Stoke Tottenham Hotspur_______West Brom Luke must be a bit annoyed looking at that one.
I have to admit, even though we already have four or five really good players in that position I'm pretty envious of Spurs signing Palacios.
