just got back from st james park, where i spent most of today waiting to catch a glimse of micheal owen. it was really cool - seeing him all kitted up in black and white i noticed someone earlier said that owen career is now fucked up but i think its exactly the opposite IMO. at least he's getting 1st team football instead of 10 mins here and there.... wait and see

[/b][/quote] If they played to their potential they could be at least as good as Liverpool. I guess selling Solano wasn't as bad as it seems. True he was probably our only world class player other than Baros and Bouma, but he's always said that he would love to go back to Newcastle and finish his career there where he's bigger than Jesus. Morale is high in the team and we don't need an unsettled player ruining that. Plus DOL has signed Bakke from Leeds who could do pretty well if he stays fit.
Why don't Arsenal just sell Bently,he's gone on loan to Blackburn now and he hardly ever plays for Arsenal when he can. I really think Arsene Wenger should leave now though,he's done enough for us and lately he has done fuck all for us. Insidently I got tickets to Arsenal vs. FC Thun in the champions league tournament...only problem is that I have to sit in the away end....
I think even if Arsene Wenger leaves his posistion as manager at Arsenal I still think he'll have some role at the club but I'd like to think someone like Tony Adams or Bennis Bergkamp could go on to become the manager.
Best player ever is Bennis Bergkamp,I'll greatly miss him when he leaves this season,one of footballs all time greats.
