That was an absolutely terrific performance by my team tonight, if Scott Carson hadn't been in goal we would have won by a far greater margin than 4-0

its an awesome career - he plays in the priemiere league now. for a decent team too

Hartlepool United (my team) have equalled a national record. After Pools recorded their nineth win on th spin at Mansfield on New Years day, they joined Barnsely, in the 50s, and Wigan, four years ago, as only the three sides in the Football League to have won eight games in a row without conceading a single goal. Victory at Shrewsbury on Saturday without conceading would leave Pools as the new record holders!

I was gonna guess Steve Finnan before I put Robbie Fowler but I thought that Finnan had always been with Liverpool. Damn, oh well.
