I had the usual medicines yummy!!

 

A Second Cup Tiamo .... and a couple of hours ago I had a Frappucino.
Ahh, heaven.

 

for dinner i ate pasta ham and strawberry

 

I just had pizza.

I ate alot of rice with some vegetables and shrimp and Iced Tea
