The first THP track was "Keys To The Kingdom". But I'm pretty sure that wasn't what you actually meant, just an error of your formatting. Singles are what the masses actually know.
Oh, I wasn't attacking LP. Just stating I think KTTK would have been a better lead single. I mostly agree with all the lead singles up until this album. What I've Done, The Catalyst, Burn it Down... those all make sense to me.
Easily Final Masquerade. I'd be surprised if it wasn't. They're about numbers and what applies to pop culture.
It's for Final Masquerade and the director is Mark Pellington according to this article: http://www.theprp.com/2014/06/24/ne...tured-in-new-transformers-video-game-trailer/
Just found other credits too. http://www.videostatic.com/production/2014/06/23/linkin-park-final-masquerade-mark-pellington-dir
So it has been confirmed to be Final Masquerade. Hopefully the music video is as good as the one for Until It's Gone. It deserves a good music video.
I've been checking out his work on his website. The "Everybody's Changing" Keane video extended cut.... holy fuck I'm sad now.
This is the guy who did the video for Pearl Jam's "Jeremy". This could end up being one of the best videos the band has ever made. *crosses fingers*
Apparently he also did the videos for The Fray's "How to Save a Life" and "Syndicate", as well as Demi's "Skyscraper" and the Foos' "Best of You". The fact that I loved the videos for all of them, and "Everybody's Changing" (nostalgia, dude), gives me so much happiness and hope about Mark Pellington doing "Final Masquerade". Like Derek said, this COULD be one of the best Linkin Park videos yet.
I'm very excited, but it better feature the band in some way. Not here for another "Lost In The Echo" disaster. Oh my goodness... I loved that movie so much. This makes me a tad more excited! (Still wanting the band in it though)
Most likely the band will definitely appear in some way, since the Pellington videos I watched all had their artists/bands in the video.
Final Masquerade? I thought they reserved it as a last single for this album cycle... There will be 5 singles for this album cycle, right? GATS, UIG, Wastelands, Rebellion & Final Masquerade. Wastelands would be much better as a third single.
Nobody ever said that the 5 tracks released before the album would all be singles, or what order they'd be released in.
I hope there is some performance from the band in this one to a certain degree. UIG was awesome but it was mostly the band performing. This one hs other actors so I hope there is a balance, kind of like the video for Crawling/Numb.
I love that song and video IN. I like all those videos. The Fray is one of my favorite bands. Im excited now What Astat said. I still think their will be 4 songs however, and that Rebellion will be the 4th (I thought it would be the 3rd and FM would be 4th).
Yeah dude! I was obsessed with Keane's first two albums when they released. Only thing that could get me more excited than this dude doing an LP video is if they got someone like Anton Cobijn to do an LP video (who would have been perfect for an ATS video imo).
