Would anyone happen to know or have heard if any DJ's will be included in Fort Minor, or will all turntablism be done by Mike? I don't see anything wrong with that, just curious.
As a matter of fact, I have wondered about the same thing, but I really don't know. Go onto the don't spam, because there's a list there. I haven't checked it out yet, but that's what I've heard. Hope it helps.
I'm looking for something different that my ears would like. I'm not a very big hip-hop fan, but I will definetly buy this regardless. Oh, and I hope to hear more words from Mike that I've never heard before
i dont think the whole censorship thing is an issue. Im sure the album will come in a explicit version and a clean version like all hip hop albums do. I duno bout america but here is australia its pretty hard to find a clean version of anything, when u buy an album its never cut.
I expect alot of the songs to be like Nobody's Listening which is fine with me because I think its a great tune.
I've realized Fort Minor has the same meaning as Soldier with Wings,- a combination of a rough part mixed together with a soft one.
there better not be anything about hos, bitches, drugs, escalades, spinners, ferraris, lamborghinis, mercedes benzes, bling bling or cash money on this album. Also, no dissing on other rappers. None of this rivalry shit, its so childish. I can guarantee you, if this is like a stereotypical rap album, I will not be buying this and will lose some respect for him.
I doubt that's going to happen. Although I do think he'll call out rappers (not by name), saying they're just in it for the money and don't respect the game. We all know Mike has great skills as an emcee and I don't think he'll prove us wrong here.
Yea I really don't think Mike would allow this record to be the stereotypical rap record. IMO he would be a hypocrit.
How would that make it a solo album then? [/b][/quote] now theres a reason why this album is by 'Fort Minor' and not by mike shinoda. With all the guests on this album how could having a single member of LP affect whether this this is a solo album when theres already half a dozen guests on there. I never actually heard mike say the word solo before. Maybe im wrong.
