    I found it rather boring and unispired, too. There could have been like scenes of a story that fit the lyrics being displayed in the waving background "curtains", while Chester performs in front of it, for example. But oh well, I'm glad for him if the majority likes it.

    I don't like the video. Take away all the weird effects and it's just Chester making constipated face. Very uninspired imo.

    Can't say I liked the video. It also looked like they were ripping off the Pepsi logo all through it. :lol:

    omg whats with all the negative responses???? Chester is trying his hardest at his first solo effort here and ya'll just hating on his videos lol. This video really is one of the best ive seen since Linkin Park's "What I've Done" and "Bleed it Out" to be honest lol.

    So, yeah, I finally saw the video -- I like it better than the "Crawl Back In" video 'cause I found that boring. Between the wardrobe and the editing, this new video looks ... like old and modern at the same time, it's pretty.

    lol i knowww...but im being serious..this is supposed to be a Linkin Park (or also DBS) fansite...and some, not all are bashing Chester's solo attempt and especially this video and the Crawl Back In video..they arent that bad although i prefer Let Downs video but still. I would understand if this was Dead by Sunrise's like..2nd or 3rd album but this is the debut album..ah whatever..im like a hardcore Chester supporter, dont mind me :lol:

    I think the more critical and discerning we are, the prouder LP oder DBS can be to have us as fans. JUST because it's them doesn't necessarily guarantee high quality.

    "Give Me Your Name" was written for chester and talinda's wedding :)

    really? I actually thought "Give Me Your Name" was just for a random girl he met, not Talinda specifically..how do u know that?

    Video had some interesting visual moments, but as a whole it isn't anything special to be honest. In fact, it reminds me of the old 80s music videos filled with random visual effects that may have looked acceptable at the time, but have devolved into something...well funny looking? In other words, it isn't going to age well.

    I feel that a 80's looking video is very fitting, as this version of the song always had an 80's feel to me.

    At least in my opinion. :)

    I pretty much agree with this. ^_^ The way Chester looks and how he's dressed in the video too, it pushes that kind of 80s aesthetic.
