Can't really make any definitive jedgements, these are just samples and without the actual melody and other instruments they don't mean much. I like the piano part and Chester's vocals though, Rob sounds good on the drums and I can't see anything wrong with Mike's vocals.

 

Do you think that DJ of the radio a couple of weeks ago talked of "in its full lenght the song gets almost proggy" because he got snippets too?? Or maybe he got both of them, that would explain much, and make this song much much exciting

 

There's a few clips for people who are going to enter the contest. We also have someone's attempt at putting the clips together, and it might not be what the full song will end up sounding like.

ur right lp should move on but everybody agrees that the non singles of m2m were pretty bad and their album sucess slopes from 1st album to last in a negative direction

 

You only have to take a cursory look around these boards to see that not everyone agrees.

 

You mean the new LP font? Am a graphic designer and work with a lot of fonts and I am sure that it's a custom font. There are fonts closer to them, but not exactly the same one.

You're also forgetting that we are living in a new era where it's easier to download free music than to go down your local record store and buy the CD.
And no, not everyone agrees that m2m singles were bad. If I recall, "What I've done" was on the charts for 15 consecutive weeks. So again, they are only YOUR and your HT fanboy opinions.

Wow, really digging this track. It's soo different and I like that.
Good to see LP show their sheer talent and not just stick to what they've already done for the past decade and not only show their creativeness with this track but also their uniqueness to actually make a totally different sound yet feel very natural to it.

 

the song is gonna kick ass and have a bonecrushing build up to it ... i can really hear rap verses in there dont worry guys this is gonna kick ass and ofc theres gonna be guitar just wait a few weeks ...

 

I'm with you too. But I didn't get the 'genre-busting' thing. It's too early anyways. Looking forward to the 2nd of August.
