Tell me how going back and making your music sound like an older album just to make more money isnt selling out. I really don't get it..

 

Ugghhh, I can't get this Bojam site to work at all. Why can't they just release Pro Tools sessions like NIN?

 

Can anyone elighten me on how to hear the songs and get to the sites?
I go to Bojam and the songs don't play and they just jump. I go to myspace.com/linkinparkfeaturingyou and it asks me to put in a password.
I am going INSANE trying to hear snippets.
I watch the Mike Video about what to do and all it says is Screen Grab after he intros the video

Guess I'll add my two cents...

So i've listened to all the 5 stems together at once numerous times, and I do like it a lot. However, it does not sound like it was meant to fit together that way. I'd be surprised if the song in its completion sounds anything like we are hearing right now. Like someone else said, the outro drum stem is just that, an outro piece. Outro drums are not played over a chorus (obviously) Point I'm trying to make is - the song will be different than what we have at the moment.

The other thing is, idk if anyone else is noticing this but when listening to this snippet, I can sense a kind of different energy and enthusiasm that was absent (in my opinion) from MTM, especially when chester is singing. Idk what it is exactly but I feel more of LP in this preview, it rings true and I'm really excited to hear the rest of the album

 

Points of Authority was released in Europe. The video was just live snippets if i remember correctly.
Back on topic, trying to listen to the track whilst at work, it really isn't owrking out as i have to keep stopping it. Sounds good to me though

I remember hearing MTM the first time and thinking holy shite thats not LP whats changed "Oh noes do I not like them" then I listened to it 2-3 times and hearing everything as a whole and thinking WOW
I think this song will be the same and its not fair to speculate on a song thats not out yet but I think at first esp from the Vocals it sounds very Elctro but I think as someone said that it has a huge feel about it, when chester sings it feels BIG.,

I have not disliked anything linkin park have ever done. Its bizarre to think but every lpu cd, album, single, remix, fm, dbs everything that they have touched and made for a some reason I have loved it.
I think this song will be the same as will the album

Its not fair though to judge a song on track snippets.
