Coheed and Cambria

Do the Mars Volta sound like these guys? I heard one of their songs and I think the vocalist sounds similar to Cedric, the higher Geddy Lee/Robert Plant range singing. I'll have to check these guys out.

Oh yeah, I just remembered theres a song of theirs to come out on the last CD, its called Camoflauge... Its pretty awesome.
