The actual government website is linked to from the Slusho site, which was a part of the viral marketing campaign.

 

How dare you insult the drone goodness that is Sunn O))).

 

The site you link mentioned the Bloop being linked from youcantdrinksix.com, which seems to be down.

I hope it is valid though, because I remember feeling let down with all the fake sites from the YZ ARG.

And I was getting pretty into the Cloverfield experience too.

Guess I haven't kept touch with the sites in a while. After those low-quality newscasts of the oil rig, I think I stopped paying attention.

 

I was expecting so much more from those tv things.

Also, look at the slogan for Slusho. Then look at the number of unknown noises? That's too big of a coincidence.
