Don't get him pissed off. But it sounded like the guy did it more than once. And depending on the scene, actors have to get into character (depending on what is the context of the scene). So it makes sense, if he's aggression/adrenaline is already up.
This reminds me of when Alec Baldwin went ballistic on his son (I think that's who it was). It'll pass, people will get over it.
I personally don't see a problem with him snapping. We've all snapped in every day situations before. To him, that's an every day situation. He snapped...so? I don't see any reason to be shocked / or dissapointed...I mean this wouldn't be getting any exposure at all, if he weren't famous. Big deal.

There's everything wrong with it. He's a celebrity, not a human being. He's supposed to be perfect and free of negative emotion!
