    That's disappointing. Glad he's sober, wish he could've done it without believing in an invisible man in the sky.

    I think to avoid possible religious debate in this thread, and to encourage people to stop discussing the band's personal lives I'm going to close this thread. Even though Chester has aired his struggles with drugs and alcoholism publicly, I'm sure it's still a very personal subject to him that he wouldn't want fans to be discussing heavily and dissecting.

    So out of respect for Chester, I will be closing this thread. The question has been answered, so this thread no longer really serves a purpose. I'm glad Chester found the help he needs and hopefully he'll remain sober, as far too many greats have been lost to drugs (Layne, Jim Morrison, Jimmy Hendrix etc).
