    This is just a stab in the dark but would it be possible to take the seperate quadrants and layer them on top of each other to create a message? Like maybe the white fading lines will crosshatch and create a message if you place quadrant 5 over quadrant 4? I'm really bad at this puzzle stuff but I just want to try to help, Mike has been so excited about the artwork for this new album and now I can see why. The government is about to start using thi method for C.I.A. Messages.

    I think there needs to be a step taken back and look at the expected difficulty of a puzzle, if its really there.

    First off, even the real hard puzzle from the ATS era had a logical progression of actions coming from leads in the puzzle. Parts required some basic knowledge in some field (ie, anyone with computing knowledge knew in .04 seconds of seeing the binary that it had to be ASCII, as anything else would have been too mean). All this grinding in this puzzle has not yet revealed anyone special noticing anything special yet. At ALL. Even with 400 people viewing the forum at any given moment. The idea of having an expert in cryptography in the fanbase is a very very high expectation. It's not going to be some crazy advanced cypher.

    What we are seeing now is much more like the ATS sand message: we are trying SO HARD to look for elements in the sand when the actual picture had not yet updated itself with the message. Good puzzles have a lead that follows logically to the next step in the puzzle. When you start seeing people start to cling to pareidolia or taking random shots in the dark, its time to stop. At some point you have to step back and realize when it is more likely you're looking at a null set, and have to just wait for more clues.

    Furthermore,

    it also might be simpler than you think. The puzzle itself is a cypher. There might not be a cypher embedded in the puzzle. It might just help to just wait for more pieces to be revealed.

    @Luke <3
    I thought only idiots would use "gay" as an isult.
    Good to see that LPA doesn't allow this kind of stuff.

    Agreed. I think they posted that tweet to mess with us, cause they know a lot of people are getting bored with the puzzles. Whether or not there's something to cypher, it adds a new twist to it.

    We've already come to those conclusions a number of times. People have screen capped the exact same things in this thread and they're all redundant. I don't even know anymore. There's fun and then there's this. :lol:

    I think there have been a few good leads that haven't been properly followed up on. I'm not a computer whiz so I can't do much, unfortunately.
