I saw it the other night and thought it was absolute pants! I like Jim Carrey alot but that movie was pants. There was maybe one or two funny bits but that was about it. Has anyone else seen it? What do you think?
I didn't bothered going to the movies for this movie. I think that the movie is pointless. Jim carry is very funny but this film? I'll rent it when it comes out on video.
I must say that i haven't seen the film yet but i think it looks pretty cool. I love Jim Careys work but if you guys think it's not that good i might wait till it comes on box office or rent it on dvd :chaz:
I saw it the night before it came out. It's great other than the fact it gets all lovey dubby like all freakin' movies today. Jim Carey's still got it.
It wasn't that bad. I've seen better, but it was better than some of his older stuff like the second Ace Ventura. Maybe not worth $8, but maybe a $5 matinee.
I saw the movie on Thursday with a few friends, and I enjoyed it. There was really lame parts like the parts with that stupid hobo with the cardboard signs, but there were great parts like when Bruce was controlling what the news anchor was saying. I found alot of the jokes to be a little too emphasized or overdramatic on Jim Carrey's part, but I'd give it a 2.5 movie reels, out of a possible 4 movie reels.
I have always liked jim carrey because he is a really funny guy so i would spend money on watching Bruce Almighty.
