....This sound so much like what I expected that it's actually a little weird.

Not that it's a bad thing, though. I like it. I actually kind of hope the whole album is like this!

 

So I know very little about this but we're gonna be able to one day buy something that combines the blackbear and LP logos. I wonder how far this collaboration will go.

Also, for anyone who hasn't checked out Blackbear yet, the whole "Deadroses" album is great. I personally adore "idfc", "4U" and "Dirty Laundry".

Can I just say despite all the crap, all the negativity that gets posted HOW UNBELIEVABLY VERSATILE Linkin Park is when it comes to new music?

As others have said, music tastes change, but holy crap! Look at the discography, every album is different. This album is like making a great entree, they took their time and found the right people to compliment the main dish. Exciting stuff.
