Why are people predicting albums that haven't even been announced yet, when the rules clearly state you must have heard at least 2 or 3 songs. Lolwut?

oh and im looking forward to Taking back sunday, hopefully Brand New will make it out, Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, I know there is more but I can't really think now.
