Check out what I just found: http://www.rawstory.com/rawreplay/2...t-over-robot-helicopters-with-airborne-ebola/ "ONE HUNDRED AND TEN PERCENT MACK DADDY MURDERERS!"
He won't be. He's just gonna be a 1-term president it seems. Well, least, from my perspective. We barely passed the debt and we're looking for ways to still climb up. I think we'll only have any 2-term presidents if we get out of a lot of debt. And I mean a lot of debt, and employment, standard of livings, etc. edit: Basically this. I don't write someone off just because of one thing. They may say many things, but their record says more for them then words. And that is to say, I've looked up local and statewide records many times before, and explain each candidate what they believe (since my dad can't read english well, and this was before I was 18)
If he manages to secure a second term (which is more likely than you might think), it will be vastly better than this one. I think towards the end of this crisis he kinda finally got the memo, that the Republicans and especially the Tea Partiers aren't much into playing nice. It'll be good to see him put that lesson to good use should be win next year.
I know Louis wasn't exactly on my side, but thank you sir for moderating, as I was being kind as possible, Kathy we can continue in another thread, I was speaking my peace not trying to upset you. As for trolling, lolz unless you played Elder Scrolls Oblivion at a low level, you don't know what a troll is! And Obama won't win a second term, all the celebs that backed him and made him extra popular are backing out.
Who's going to beat him? Bachmann? She's fucking nuts, the independents won't vote for her. Romney? He's got the best shot, but the teabaggers won't vote for him in the Republican primary. Plus, he's Mormon. The Christian nutjobs don't like Mormon nutjobs. Obama is going to win a second term solely because the teabaggers are going to torpedo the republican primary and nominate someone who is completely unelectable like Bachmann, Palin or Santorum.
I think Romney has a shot. Tea-Baggers aren't going to be a huge factor in every single primary and at the end of they day, Republican is Republican. It's not going to be nearly as right-wing as they want, but hard right loons + regular lifelong Republicans + independents tired of Obama could pretty much be the end of it.
Todd is exactly right. I don't care how good or bad Obama may be as a president, he's going to win solely because he is isn't a total nutjob. The only way a Republican can win at this point is to have someone who isn't a complete mental idiot. You're fucking kidding me right? This guy is the same guy who said Texas should secede from the United States, and who's solutions for this country involving praying to fix our problems. He's a right-wing Jesus freak. I don't mind our president following a religion, but keep religion out of politics thank you.
I'd have to agree with Todd. First of all, Barack Obama will go for a second term. He's already been fundraising for it. Secondly, there really just isn't a candidate that the Republicans have shown to light that has any chance apart from Mitt Romney. Until they can do that, I have confidence in Obama having a second term.
It's not just Tea Baggers. Southern Evangelicals don't much care for Mormons, and considering that's a huge part of the conservative base, Romney might be a hard sell. Now, if it comes down to Obama vs. Romney in the general election, I could see a lot of Republicans viewing Romney as the lesser of two evils and thus voting for him. But that's a big "if." First he has to get past all of the 100%-pure-red-white-n'-blue-pumpin'-through-mah-patriotic-veins-'Murrican Christian Crusaders in his own party.
Well, all I know for sure is that Obama makes me want to shoot up some heroin and die, so maybe I'll finally get to do that legally under the Ron Paul administration.
rather not go to jail in the process of acquiring said drugs, so I'll wait until Ron Paul (never) gets elected President, thanks.
