ATS to be Played "From First to Last Song" on Tour?

Well, if they do it that way then yes, id like that lol. I guess it also depends on the flow of ATS, hopefully it carries well and would work in a live show like that.
In an encore, i think that formula might actually work well.

But like you said Shinoda...theres too many songs that won't be played that I still love to hear when i go to an LP show

Lets see...all of ATS then an encore of:

1.) In The End
2.) Breaking The Habit
3.) What I've Done
4.) One Step Closer
5.) Bleed It Out

you can't do MUCH more than that with an encore...you're missing the songs we all love to hear (in my opinion) like papercut, faint, place for my head, no more sorrow, TLTGYA, crawling, somewhere i belong, etc etc etc...i could name pretty much every song but you get what i mean lol

 

There's a lot of their singles that I've heard live enough times before... It wouldn't break my heart to skip over What I've Done, Given Up, New Divide, Faint, Crawling...

Play the 15 songs off ATS and then play One Step Closer, In the End, Somewhere I Belong, Breaking the Habit, LOATR, Bleed it Out

 

Putting OSC before BIO = FAIL.

 

Gosh...maybe they could go to 8-10 extra songs to make a 23-25 song setlist. It isn't impossible...but unlikely. Maybe LP decides to play 12 of the songs from ATS but STILL play the 12 songs chronologically. Chances are there will be a few songs that might sound bad live. That would give more room for old stuff.

 

Well at least this news confirms that the album isnt going to be 45 min long i dont think we will got a 1 hour show

 

What's a concept album?

 

I'd rather end with BIO. Much more energy plus the extended bridge is really cool. OSC is getting tiresome hearing after 10 years.

An album revolved around one particular topic or theme.

If we had 2 singles (or just 2 song) from each of the previous 3 albums, which would you pick? i honestly couldnt pick =/ i love the non-singles too much and would pick something like place for my head and papercut over in the end and crawling.

 

A concept album doesn't seem likely to be honest. The album 'A thousand suns' is based from the lyrics from 'The Catalyst' and i doubt nay of the other songs will be based on the same theme...

Yeah, but don't bands usually open up with known songs to draw in concert goers? I guess its different if its their tour though.

 

LP opened with Wake / Given Up right after MTM came out.

 

GU was a single. Wake is only like a minute intro. My point is if they played ATS at the beginning of the show, they might play the Catalyst first because the casual fan would recognize it.
