Jesus christ...we're dealing with some kind of monsoon season here in the bay area...hasn't stopped raining in almost 2 weeks.

 

Welcome to winter in Nor Cal. Its like this probably once every four or five years. A few years ago on New Years Day, in the lower lying areas here, they had to evacuate people by boat after the river overflowed and flooded a bunch of homes.

 

Is it worse to have constant rain or none at all? Because I'd kill for some decent rain right now. Too much sun, too much warmth, too much dry air.

 

Nothing more than I'm used to back home in the UK...the rain there is baaaad. Floods happen all year round in some parts.

I guess I just never expected any part of california to have this much rain. Not so good when you're walking home down a road next to the 101 and sections of the pavement have turned into ponds lol
