    Wow I am never buying anything from Best Buy's online site again. My order from almost three days ago has yet to be "processed" and customer service is completely useless. I thought ordering online would be less of a hassle. I guess I was wrong. *sigh*

    That happens to me a lot. Sometimes they are slow when processing orders and other times I've gotten my orders processed the same day. It's weird but I never had any problems with bestbuy.com other than that. Sometimes you have to be patient, lol.

    Only problem I have is that when you call to activate your credit card with them you get someone who speaks broken english and talks a mile a minute.

    I'm not racist, but if you're an American based company, you should have American based technical support. Just saying.

    Wow for the first time ever I got a cool, laid-back customer support rep. It caught me off guard and the entire conversation ended up being really awkward. I imagine they'll use that in training: "If you're cool, calm, collected and coherent, you just might throw the caller off." :lol:
