    It's 3am, and I'm being kept awake by the thought that one day we're all going to die.
    I'm 18, it's the early hours of the morning and in laymen's terms I'm going through a midlife crisis.

    it's odd though, because it only ever started happening a few months ago just outta the blue, I'll just feel 'off' for a few days then I'm fine for a while

    a panic attack is when your heart starts beating the shit out of your chest. i know because i've had them for years. most of the time it's caused by social anxiety, or just stressful situations in general. i've found marijuana to be an effect medicine, fuck those pills that they give you.
