    All the tracks on "A Thousand Suns" are primed for that kind of reworking! :lol: "The Radiance", in particular, is just begging to be redone Shatner-style

    Hey guys.. I wanted to work on this one a little more.. But the REAL contest has been announced and no one seems to be taking much interest in this one, so, I guess this will do.. :p

    One of the most popular LP songs covered "Shatner"-style. :D I used FL Studio 8 for all the backing instruments and recording, and a Samson Go Mic that I just recently bought (and am really impressed with!) for the vocals. Please note that I'm 17 years old and have a light Indian accent [think "Raj" from "The Big Bang Theory".. ;) ]. So, apologies for the "singing" in advance, though its not THAT bad.

    Thanks.. :D Nice to know that someone likes it. And I had started work on this before I knew it was an April Fools joke; Had i known it before, I wouldn't have even tried! ;)

    Edit - Btw, I feel like a fool for not editing the ID3 tags on the mp3 before uploading.. :\ If anyone downloads that file, be kind enough to put "RapidGunner" or "Parijat Mishra" in the "artist" label.. ;)

    So.. It's April 8th. And I guess only two entries were submitted. :( Well, the silver lining is, I'll atleast be a runner-up, unless I've done something really wrong.. :p

    Er.. Sorry for being too excited here, but shouldn't the "winner" of this "contest" be announced by now? :p I know, things have been CRAZY here, with all the puzzles and everything, but i guess the announcement should have been done by now? :)
