Vampire and Cameron, stop questioning every word a staff member says. We're sick of it, and if you keep it up, you will regret it

A threat? Is that necessary, Todd? I really don't think so.

AFI's last album shocked me in a good way. They never fail and I know the next one will be just as cool.

Yes, it is a threat, and yes, it is neccesary because we are all sick of you questioning everything we do and telling us how to run the site

Quit being such a cocky jerk. It's as if everything has to be questioned and scrutinized by you. Sheesh. I don't know if you've said one nice thing to anyone here. It's getting tired. You can only go ahead and throw another smartassed comment in, but I'm not going to stoop to your level of condescension and mockery of others. Let's try to get back on topic. ;)

    Bleeding Through - October 2005
    Deftones - Spring 2005
    Yellowcard - Late Summer 2005
    Lostprophets - Winter 2005

Those are the only ones I have a great intrest right now. I didn't know about the new Lostprophets album being released in Winter 2005. I'm crapping my pants over that one.

So, I just question one thing and you automatically assume I do this all of the time? I absolutely love your logic, Todd. Now, I understand to an extent why you put in that rule, but it's getting to the point where you (the mods as a whole) are starting to overstep your boundaries.

I'm noticing a trend going on with you guys that is starting to get out of hand. The attitude with you guys is starting to get worse. You guys are starting to get this whole idea that you are above us. Not only that, but you're starting to treat us like crap, and did I mention that you're disregarding your own rules?

Now, onto the You=Not Mod thing. It requires self-control, maturity, and integrity. I'm not doubting that any of you are missing these three basic components, but you are lacking one thing: the ability to take criticism. Personally, if you can't take criticism whether you're moderating, creating music, or otherwise, you shouldn't be doing whatever you're doing at all. That may sound like a tough pill to swallow, but it's the truth.

With all of that said, I issue a challenge to the staff. I've stated that you guys are starting to adopt a bad attitude, disregarding your own rules, and generally treating us like crap. I challenge you to prove me wrong in all of these aspects.

The ball is in your court now. Take it or leave it. Give me your decision via PM, because I won't be looking at this thread after this.

Wow... Cameron... I don't think I have disrespected any one here, no matter who they are... That hurts to hear you say us as staff/mods are "overstepping boundries"... And if you never read this thread again, then so be it, but we do our jobs the best we can. It isn't easy, having to deal with attitudes that try to stick you with situations where you resist yelling.

When someone taunts you for trying to do your job, that isn't funny, that's just a blantant attempt to get a rise out of someone.

By the way Cameron, if you never look at this thread again, then you can't blame us as staff for trying to explain ourselves. To have to be selfish enough to only get an explaination for yourself and not the rest of the LPA is pretty bad, so do what you want, but I just met your challenge and I can tell you I have never disrespected a member. But hey, maybe I'm wrong since it seems the staff is always wrong nowadays.

On topic: I am looking forward to Lostprophets, Matchbook Romance, Avenged Sevenfold and Story of the Year.
