Hey guys, if this is the place for fan remixes then I'll get straight to the point. I'm releasing a huge collection of the Linkin Park remixes I've made over the last 5 years - a Living Things / The Hunting Party remix album collection. I feel that this is the best place to share this information because if I can hype up some fans this could hopefully turn out to get some attention from the band itself. When I went to the Meet & Greet for the ATS World Tour show in Sydney, I gave Mike a demo CD of some songs that I had been working on at the time, and it embarrassingly had my contact details all over it - I'm not exactly sure if this scared him off or not because I never heard from him. They say never meet your idols, but they only inspired me further.

 

Ended up making this little remix of Fort Minor's Welcome.

I gave a 'studio version' of Good Goodbye a go, featuring Mike's live vocal (taken from Milano). It's not just a cut and paste job, I used the studio version, instrumental and the live video to get what you hear below.

Hope you enjoy it, I'm pretty pleased with it myself.

 

I just wanted to see if anyone was interested in combining the two songs in a remix, and I provided a sort of concept demo. I suck at remixing, editing, etc. so just a warning the video is to show the idea, not to show off and talent or skill. If anyone is interested I would love for someone to make a good quality version of this idea.
