More of a mix of the two. Marky wanted to leave, and the other members were ready to kick him out anyways. He would've been kicked out, even if he didn't want to leave. I mistated that earlier, sorry. And, like I said: Marky left/got kicked out because he had some personal problems. I'm pretty sure he doesn't want them to get out, so I'm not letting them out. Marky just needs some time to get back on his feet.
Yes, he's a father now... and, no, that really wasn't part of him leaving. He had problems he had to deal with, so he left/was kicked out... it was a mutual thing, basically. Neither side was liking the situation.
Good to hear about the news first album was great, wasnt to sure about 2nd album, hope they dont go the way drowning pool have with there new singer
Some people just don't like the direction Drowning Pool went, and how the lyrics and stylings of the overall music changed. I think it's a decent album, but I prefer their stuff with Dave.
Copy and Paste from: Ademaweb.com ---- Well, long time no update, right? I suppose. The reason for the absence is merely this: rumors have been floating around, as have factual information. To decipher the two, I had to get clear-cut proof of what was going on. Now that I have it, I can release this information to the world. I am not going to lie - a lot of us active in the online Adema communities have known for quite some time now. There was never any actual physical proof, so we never relayed it as that - 100% truth. Now I can say it with my heart that this is where everything stands. Around sometime in October, a guy named Luke Caraciolli began posting on my message board and Keyna's AdemaPortugal.com message board. What Luke was telling us was that he was indeed the new lead singer of Adema. Yes people, if you're still not over the fact that Marky left Adema, get over it now. There's no turning back. Anywho, Luke has been posting every now and then with updates. He would tell us when tracks were laid down, when vocals were recorded, when the album was ready to mix, and when the album was completely done. He told us about his old band, which is Rewind Yesterday, and about the transformation into Adema's lead voice. There were auditions being held by the band and Luke was hand picked by the band members to be the new throat of Adema. I am going to lay down some facts to you right now about the whole situation. If you have any questions, comments, or bitching to do... e-mail me. If you can't handle the truth, move on in life. The Adema community doesn't need you. - Marky left for personal reasons. Whether or not he left or was kicked out, I don't know. I think it was a mutual agreement though. He might still be looking to pursue a career in music, but again, I don't know. - Luke was hand picked by Adema to be their new lead singer. Luke is from southeastern USA and moved to San Diego, CA to be in Rewind Yesterday. That band's demo was being handed around Bakersfield, and Kris Kohls got a hold of one. He liked it and got into contact with Luke for an audition. - Yes, Luke is a nice guy. I'm sure he would gladly take pictures with you and sign autographs for you at shows. He is very nice to talk with. - According to Luke, there will be 16 tracks on the new album. - Some lyrical topics of the songs include betrayal, death in the family, lost love, leaving home and moving on, overcoming the fears of that and staying positive, drug/alcohol addiction, and some very uplifting, positive topics as well. - There will be a DVD included with the new album. - The new album will be called Planets and is set for an April 4th release date. - "Planets" is the title track, and according to Luke, it is about a person who is struggling through life but know that they have to stick it out. Instead of ending their life, they tough it out and overcome it. - The new album will be more rock than "nu-metal." - Luke does indeed play the guitar and will also being play the guitar on some songs live. - The first single off the album is called "Tornado" and will be released for the radio very soon. - Kris just did an interview with Caustic Truth Magazine - As of sometime in December, the band was looking for a new agent. I don't know if they have one yet. - Once they have an agent, they will begin booking shows. The band is even talking with the USO to play for some US troops. Nothing is set in stone though. - Adema has Skateboard Marketing Ltd. as their marketing company who deals with over 500 radio stations to get them airplay. He makes the band look so emo :wth: [/b][/quote] Hey, don't think they're emo...come on, the drummer has a Bad Company t-shirt on
He looks very emo, he doesn't fit in from that shot anyway. I'm looking forward to the album and everything that comes with it anyway.
